Items purchased online from EXOTIK FASHION are eligible for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
You must have a valid return order confirmation for all items to be eligible for return.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.
Include the following inside your return package:
- copy of your return confirmation
- include original order number or copy of order

Returns process within 5-7 business days after they are received. We will email any exchange confirmations.
When exchanges are process, we will send an invoice for re-shipment for the exchanged size item (Please ensure to pay the invoice to process and ship your exchange)
